Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. Psalm 33:12

CDP Policy on Freedom of Speech
The CDP believes that freedom of speech is a fundamental human right and essential to any free and democratic society. The Racial and Religious Tolerance Act, passed in 2001, limits our freedom of speech, has caused divisions in the community, and has created and entertained frivolous expensive and time wasting litigation.
Many other states and countries have ruled against this law, putting Victoria in an isolated position.
We want Victorians to be freely able to participate in cultural and religious discussions.
The CDP considers that this law is dangerous and offensive, and needs to be repealed immediately.
This is an evil law disguised as a good one. Isaiah 5 v 20 “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.”
