If elected, Dave will fight to :-

• Raise the public image of Mt Druitt and be a voice for the people of this area,
• Upgrade our health system to 1:4  nurse/patient ratio, and more mental health beds,
• Promote better public transport for our area,
• Improve conditions and teacher numbers in our schools – especially for disadvantaged and those with learning disabilities,
• Improve services to the frail and elderly.

Profile

Dave is married to Bev and they have three children and one young granddaughter.  Dave is a Justice of the Peace and has a long-term injury.  He understands the challenges of living on a disability pension as a Department Housing tenant and believes he is able to empathise with so many residents in this area.

Dave has a love for the people of Mt Druitt, especially its children. He is a leader of the Kids Club in his local church and also teaches Scripture classes in six schools.  He and Bev sponsor a child in Kenya and are active supporters of several other charitable missions.
