If elected, Peter will fight for:-

• More express trains on the South line (City via Granville), in particular, from Cabramatta and Canley Vale Stations
• More frequent buses from outlying suburbs to and from Canley Vale and Cabramatta stations
• More free car park spaces at both Canley Vale and Cabramatta railway stations and shops
• Reduced traffic congestion and overpopulation in the area by reducing multi-density housing approvals
• Reduced waiting times at the emergency section of our local hospitals (Fairfield & Liverpool) and
• More assistance to the growing number of refugees who reside in the Cabramatta electorate

Profile

Peter was born in Sydney and has lived in the Cabramatta electorate for almost all of his 35 years. He attended Westfields Sports High School and graduated in 1993.
Peter currently works in the Finance and Insurance Industry and completed his studies via the National Institute of Accountants.  Peter is of Coptic (Egyptian) Christian background and is a prominent member of Sydney’s Coptic Community.  He is a Human Rights activist and is Chairman of the Australian Coptic Movement – a not for profit, Human Rights organisation.
