Rev Fred Nile Says We Need Bibles In Our Hospitals And Schools

The Rev Hon Fred Nile, National President of the Christian Democratic Party, has strongly opposed the current moves to remove Bibles from hospitals and schools, especially in politically correct Victoria.

‘I am very concerned at this alarming trend to remove Bibles as well as the influence of the Judeo-Christian ethic from our hospitals and schools in spite of the growing popularity of Jesus Christ among young people’ said Rev Hon Fred Nile MLC.

‘These moves in Victoria and Queensland are the last kick by the dying secular-humanist movement in its futile attempts to replace Christian teaching with atheistic humanistic teaching in our Australian public schools, especially in the general and special religious education.

‘Secular and Free Education does not mean atheistic. It simply means “non-denominational” so that the basic truths of Christianity as contained in the Holy Bible, especially the New Testament of Jesus Christ, could be taught in public schools and provide moral values for our Public Education system” said Rev Fred Nile MLC, Member of the NSW Parliament.
