The Christian Democratic Party has, for over twenty years, represented the concerns of people who support Christian and Family values, the sanctity of life, caring institutions, our Commonwealth Constitution and schools and education. While we have fought for the values that made our nation and are committed to the future development of our nation as an inclusive community based on cohesive values that made us a people.
All positive and helpful legislation has had the support of the Christian Democratic Party. Currently there are more than a dozen CDP Legislative Bills listed for debate. Your Parliamentary CDP members have also been members of and frequently chairman of many important Government Committees and Inquiries including those into HIV/AIDS, drugs, adoption law, motor accidents, land tax, insurance industry, electoral reform, school and TAFE closures, ethnic affairs and multiculturalism.
